Terms and Conditions

01. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, initiating a 30-day trial, connecting an organization repository (via GitHub, GitLab, or Git CLI), or otherwise accessing the aForce Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity, organization, or employer you represent (“Customer”). If you do not have authority to bind your organization or do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

02. 30-Day Limited Trial Accounts

Neotyk, LLC offers a complimentary, time-limited 30-day evaluation trial to allow engineering teams to assess technical fit, agent orchestration capabilities, and workflow integration without upfront payment or credit card requirement.

• Capacity Quotas: Trial accounts are provisioned with defined capacity limits (such as up to 5 concurrent autonomous agents for Individuals, or up to 10 agents for Teams evaluation), as specified during onboarding.
• Evaluation Purpose: Trial accounts are provided solely for internal workflow evaluation, test suite generation, proof-of-concept backlog task handling, and integration assessments.
• Right to Restrict or Terminate: Neotyk reserves the right to modify, throttle, or terminate trial accounts or features at any time without liability if anomalous load, automated abuse, or non-compliance is detected.
• Conversion: At the conclusion of the 30-day trial, access will pause unless converted to a paid capacity plan or extended in writing by Neotyk.

03. Customer Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

You retain exclusive ownership of all right, title, and interest in and to your source code, repositories, issue descriptions, architectural requirements, and all proprietary customer data (“Customer Materials”).

Neotyk retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the aForce Platform itself, including the agent runtime orchestrator, micro-sandboxing systems, prompt routing algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, and all enhancements thereto.

04. Zero Public Model Training Guarantee

All agent execution is conducted via zero-data-retention enterprise inference endpoints and ephemeral micro-sandboxes. We do not sell, license, or expose customer code to any third party for model training purposes.

05. Autonomous Execution & Human-in-the-Loop Verification

The aForce Platform employs autonomous agents that analyze tickets, reproduce bugs, write tests, and submit git commits or pull requests. Customer acknowledges that:

• Probabilistic Nature: AI models generate outputs based on probabilistic inference and may occasionally produce imperfect, incomplete, or unexpected code.
• Mandatory Human Review: Customer is solely responsible for verifying, reviewing, building, and security-testing all agent-generated code prior to merging into production branches or deploying to live infrastructure.
• No Deployment Without Approval: Unless Customer explicitly configures continuous deployment hooks within its own external CI/CD pipelines, agent outputs are submitted as reviewable pull requests or isolated branches requiring human approval.

06. Acceptable Use Policy

Customer agrees not to use the platform or allow any third party to:

• Attempt to break out of micro-sandboxes, disrupt container boundaries, or probe Neotyk’s underlying multi-tenant infrastructure.
• Use the agents for crypto mining, denial-of-service simulation without authorization, malware creation, or unlawful cyber intrusions.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the proprietary algorithms of the aForce agent orchestration framework.
• Resell, sublicense, or rent trial access to unauthorized third parties without written consent from Neotyk, LLC.

07. Access Credentials & Ephemeral Sandboxing

To perform tasks, agents require authenticated access to customer repositories or issue boards. Neotyk employs a Zero-Trust Micro-Sandboxing architecture:

• Git and tool credentials are kept in encrypted ephemeral memory stores and injected only into short-lived sandboxed task containers.
• Once an agent run completes or is canceled, container volumes are destroyed and session tokens are purged.
• Customer is responsible for maintaining strong password hygiene, revoking stale API tokens, and limiting integration permissions to necessary target repositories.

09. Term, Modification & Termination

These Terms remain effective for the duration of your trial or subscription. Either party may terminate a trial account at any time for any reason upon written notice or by closing the account in platform settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to the aForce Platform agent fleet will immediately cease.
• All ephemeral worker sandboxes and active session credentials will be purged.
• Provisions relating to IP ownership, no model training, limitation of liability, disclaimers, and governing law shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
